Address, building and apartment number
Paseo Maritimo 11, Playa de Los Cristianos, Tenerife. The complex is called El Carmen. Floor 4, door number 401.
This is in the Arona municipality, Tenerife Sur.
The apartment is located within the compound El Carmen, which is a residential compound near the beach on Paseo Maritimo – the main beach promenade. Next to the main gate, you’ll find an ice cream parlor called Planeta Goloso.
Apartment number is 401, forth floor.
Go to the right from the elevator.
From the airport (TFN/TFS)
North or south airport?
There are two airports on the island, one in the north; TFN Tenerife Norte, and one in the south, TFS Granadilla (Reina Sofia).
Here is how to get to your destination:
By TAXI
Taxi
Taxis are readily available at the airports.
- From TFS, should take about 10-12 minutes and cost around €30.
- From the north, TFN, taxis will take a little under an hour and cost about €105-€110.

By BUS
Buses
Taking a bus to and from the airport is a great alternative and is very cheap. Your destination is Los Cristianos main bus station. This is also called “Parada Principal” (main stop) in Los Cristianos and looks like this:
From the southern airport TFS, bus 711 or 343 will take you:

Bus 343 passes by both airports and is an express bus.
There is only one stop in between the northern airport and Los Cristianos; the southern airport.

Parking
There is free parking at the top side of the compound on Av. Juan Carlos I. Parking is usually not a problem, and there are no parking meters in all of Tenerife so no need to worry. The only place you’ll pay for parking is in public garages. During weekends, mid day, parking nearby can be a problem but additional spaces can be found along the whole avenida Juan Carlos 1 and along Av. Londres.
Calle Coronel parking (blue)
Perfect for when you have heavy luggage. During weekends, these spaces are in high demand but with luck you can find an open space.
Avenida Juan Carlos 1 (yellow)
There are plenty of parking spaces along this road and you’ll only need a couple of minutes to walk from here to the apartment.
Avenida Londres (green)
On rare occations, both Calle Coronel and Avenida Juan Carlos 1 can be fully occupied. This can happen during festivities such as the annual Carnaval. Avenida Londres walking distance is around 4-6 minutes from the apartment.
Keybox with code
To enter the complex, you will need to locate the key box on your way to the apartment. You will be provided with the four digit code during booking. This allows you to arrive at your convenience.

Once you have the key, follow the road towards the beach and take a left on Paseo Maritimo (in yellow).

On your way down towards the beach promenade, you’ll find the key box attached to a metal rod opposite of the Supermercado.

I am very happy if you can bring the key box with you into the apartment. If you do not bring it up to the apartment, please tell me and I will get someone to pick it up. Thank you.
