The apartment is located within the compound Port Royale, which is a residential compound that also has a reception. The reception is mainly for residents and not for short-term guests so please bring your questions and inquiries to me.
Keybox with code
There is a keybox fitted to the door to the apartment: When you book the apartment, you’ll be provided with the code for the keybox. This allows you to arrive at your convenience, but if you arrive at night, please let me know in advance as the community gates will be closed.
When arriving at the complex

If you have heavy luggage, or a wheelchair, I’d recommend taking the yellow path instead.
At the top of the compound, at the end of Calle Sierra Nevada, you’ll find parking spaces and handicap parking. Take the steps at the far end of the complex, bordering the national park. At the top of the third staircase, take a sharp right. You’ll see number 274 by the first door.

Park, or stop the taxi, by the curve just after the front desk. You’ll see the large Port Royale writing on the wall where the front desk is. On the map above, park near the front desk icon or the handicap icon and you’ll find the easy-access route for heavy luggage or wheelchairs. Follow the yellow line and go in between the houses and you’ll see number 274 by the last door, closest to the open space of the national park.

Getting to Sea View Tenerife from the airport
North or south?
There are two airports on the island, one in the north; TFN Tenerife Norte, and one in the south, TFS Granadilla (Reina Sofia).
Taxi
Taxis are readily available at the airport and from TFS, should take about 10-12 minutes and cost around €30. If you land in the north, TFN, taxis will take a little under an hour and cost about €105-€110.

Buses
Taking a bus to and from the airport is a great alternative and is very cheap. Your destination is Los Cristianos main bus station. This is also called “Parada Principal” (main stop) in Los Cristianos and looks like this:

From the southern airport TFS, bus 711 or 343 will take you:

Bus 343 passes by both airports and is an express bus.
There is only one stop in between the northern airport and Los Cristianos; the southern airport.

From the bus-station to the apartment in Port Royale
A taxi from the main bus station to Los Cristianos, calle Sierra Nevada 4, Port Royale, will cost around €3 – €4.
Walking should according to Google take 18 minutes. The complex is on a hillside and it’s a bit of a climb so a taxi is recommended especially if it’s hot and you are carrying luggage.
